i really am sooo lazy to blog about what has happened in the past week..
i am not saying nothing happened, a lot did, in actual fact.
but i am lazy..

John (instructor OBS) called me that.. for no apparent reason;;

EDIT: LOLSXZZ!!! Just found out Santorini is an island in Greece!!!

I was put into my Watch which was called Sui Sen.

Day 1
We got into our Watches. We took the ferry from punggol jetty to Camp 1. We were told to write our names on tape and stick it on our shirts. a name we would want to be called for the next 5 days. not all of us put our real names. just nicknames or fake names.. lol.. i wrote my name as Rooke.

Our 1st Activity was the trust fall.
Chio Bu got out this mat and told us to stand on the sides., 6 on one side, 7 on the other. i was wondering why. there were 14 of us. i chose to stand out 1st.

it was only after she brought us to this platform that i realized what we were supposed to do. i was to fall on to the mat, you know.. trust exercises.. i was so freaked out. but i went on. i did it. so scary.

next we learnt how to belay... blah blah. boring.

we then did this picture puzzle called Zoom/Re zoom.
we were each given 2/3 parts of a story. we were to describe to each other our parts and try to fix it together in chronological order. we took a while but we got it the 1st try!! amazing.

then we learnt how to pitch the tents..

we set up our tents in the woods at camp 1.

Day 2.
Morning PT. Chio Bu wasn't feeling well. so John came in to replace her for the day. We were to climb the inverse tower. it was so high. i freaked! but i got my guts in place and climbed. i reached the top. wasn't so bad. until it was time to go down. every time i was being let down i freak. i dunno why, its just scary to be like sitting on my harness being let down supported by a rope. i climbed twice.

We then walked to Camp 2 to learn to Kayak. afterwards we pitched our tents then learnt to cook.

Day 3
We set off on our Sea Expedition or Sea Ex (lols.. S.Ex). we kayaked for 18 km.. wow.. tiring!! we finally reached this beach around 3 or 4,, or was it 5..?? we did the S. Ex with Dhanabalan, Eng Soon and Barker. 4 other groups met up with us there. they had their Land Ex. (L. Ex). Tahmid and Hasti was in that group.

Day 4
We had our L. Ex i preferred the S. Ex... we trekked around Ubin.. like as if we were lost!! and while we were carrying our stuff!!! oh emm Jee..!! it was Uber tiring.. we were the last group to reach Camp 1. Tahmid and Hasti set off for their S. Ex, i suppose.. wonder how their day was.

Day 5, Last Day!
We had morning PT. then we set some goals.. and threw stones to symbolise our hurdles from reaching our goals... we then got ready to leave.. really sad...

we wrote all our emails to Tim. we bought our souvenirs. i bought a shirt, a collar pin, a key chain and a notebook. it cost me 28 $$. we then left for Mainland!!!

it started to pour when we reached the jetty in Ponggol. so naturally the bus stop was full of students. everyone was borrowing my phone to call.. i dunno why they didn't bring their own phone!

while i was boarding the bus, Haz' Dad came up to me. He asked me whether Haz had reached yet.. well i wouldn't knoooooow.. we aren't friends anymore..

i can't believe he remembers me.. i mean its been sooo long.. oh well.. it is ME we are talking about!! lolx.. jkjk..

I went for lunch at KFC with Teck Chiang, Dion and Saiful.. then we took our respective paths home.. haiz.. I am going to have an OBS hangover tomorrow..

Getting Ready For Outward Bound (Singapore) 5-day Camp Trip

Yesterday after training, i went to meet up with Gen at NTU. I took a Taxi from my school, and i there was a jam along the highway. the fare including surcharges was 22.70$$... haiz.. we hung around the campus.. saw the library.. it was like night time.. so it was creepy going around... what an adventure we had!! he he:P.. I'll attach a couple of pictures..

This morning.. i just packed the stuff i already have for my obs trip.. later my mum will drive me to where ever to get whatever i am missing..

i really don't know how to react to this camping trip.. Excited?? Bummed?? I am really at a mix of feelings.. but then again.. i always am in a mix of feelings.. i usually don;t know how i feel.. that's why when you see me, i flow through emotions as quickly as an armadillo being chased by a madman.

I really can't stand when i hear people saying i like haz. its really ridiculous.. it really gets on my nerves. Its soo wrong. there are plenty i hate about him.

Okay, i admit, i DID admire him at a point, BUT! it WAS just an admiration. Do NOT mix admiration with infatuation!

I just thought it would've been cool to be him instead of myself. I don't know what i think anymore.

Which reminds me, I am so not into Hilary Duff anymore, I do like her but not obsessively. I totally -heart- Taylor Swift now!

Anyhoo, my birthday is coming soon, the day after i come back from Outward Bound Singapore, from the 18th to the 22nd of August.

I will be 17! Oh Em Jee, I am so old.
